In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison for the planning and design of municipal water supply, wastewater treatment, and pump station initiatives, while also contributing to business development efforts.

Our expertise encompasses the design and oversight of water supply, wastewater management, water resource management, and stormwater systems.

This position will focus on supporting municipal water initiatives across various regions.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the principal Project Manager for significant municipal water and wastewater initiatives.

  • Provide expert guidance, leadership, and mentorship to engineering teams to enhance our water service design capabilities.

  • Oversee project scope, timeline, and budget formulation, ensuring effective monitoring of managed projects.

  • Conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Control for essential project deliverables.

  • Support Client Service Leaders in technical marketing efforts, including proposal development and client engagement.

  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering or a related field.

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

  • PMP (PMI), CCM, or DBIA certification is required within a specified timeframe.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally as needed, based on project demands.

  • A Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.

  • Proven experience in managing design projects for municipal water supply, wastewater systems, and pump stations.

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and direct client interactions.

  • Background in business development, including proposal writing and cost estimation for municipal projects.
