Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients on various water and wastewater initiatives, ensuring their needs are met and expectations surpassed.

- Define project scopes, budgets, and timelines, ensuring efficient execution within established parameters.
- Provide technical leadership to project teams, outlining work plans, assigning tasks, and proactively addressing challenges.
- Lead and supervise project personnel, ensuring adherence to schedules and budget constraints.
- Mentor and inspire staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Contribute to the preparation of calculations, reports, specifications, and other project deliverables, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Support the practice in achieving financial objectives through effective project management and resource allocation.
- Conduct quality assurance and control activities, ensuring projects meet client expectations and engineering best practices.
- Participate in proposal development, defining work scopes, schedules, fees, and overall content to secure new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program.

- Minimum of 12 years of professional experience as a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), including at least 4 years in project and personnel management roles.

- Current Professional Engineering (PE) license in North Carolina or the ability to obtain one within a year.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, with a strong understanding of their features and functionality.
