Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at our North Arlington treatment center. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavioral health services to children with autism and their families, and will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral health services to children with autism and their families, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and evaluation, to ensure the effectiveness of treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new programs and services, to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • Masters or Doctorate level degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Licensed professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with center-based services.
  • Early intervention experience.
  • Effective collaborator and team-player.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: $74,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience.
  • Generous bonuses: Earn between $6K - $18K a year, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.
  • Retention program: Receive up to $40K over 5 years in addition to your base salary.
  • Sign-on bonus or relocation assistance: Choose $10K for a sign-on bonus or up to $10K for relocation assistance if needed.
