Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing direct support and training to children diagnosed with autism. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing behavior plans designed by qualified professionals and guiding caregivers on how to effectively implement these strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support and instruction to children with autism in various settings, including homes, schools, and community locations.
  • Implement behavior plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging ones.
  • Train caregivers on effective strategies for managing their child's behavior and supporting their development.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and other professionals involved in the client's care team.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and interventions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Board Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
