Position Overview

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in their residences
  • Execute behavior intervention strategies and skill development programs
  • Utilize behavioral therapy techniques in various settings
  • Accurately document and maintain essential records
  • Exhibit empathy and adaptability in all client interactions
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician
  • Valid driver's license
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or to be obtained within 30 days of employment)
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
