Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at CAMBA. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and support our staff with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring timely and professional communication with callers.
  • Assist non-clerical staff with data collection and entry, maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Welcome onsite visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and announce them to the relevant personnel.
  • Prepare and print various documents, including fax cover sheets, memos, and correspondence, as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, collating, and taking minutes at meetings.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with excellent English language skills, reading, writing, and math abilities.
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute with high accuracy.
