Position Overview:
As a Nursing Resident, you will utilize your specialized training to provide outstanding healthcare while establishing meaningful connections with patients. Your contributions will make a significant impact on the lives of those we serve every day.
Essential Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited nursing program.
- Possession of a valid Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Current National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association required upon hire.
- Recent graduates from an accredited nursing program with 12 months of experience or less are encouraged to apply.
- National Certification in your specialty area upon hire, unless otherwise specified.

Compensation:
The salary range provided is the base pay; additional compensation may be available for this role, including shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
