Job Summary

Pioneer Metal Finishing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate meetings, including calendar coordination, technology setup, and participant communication
  • Maintain and retain ISO divisional documents and revisions
  • Manage record document retention and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Assist with HR tasks, including document scanning, onboarding coordination, temporary labor management, employee recognition, and reimbursement programs
  • Coordinate job coaches for curative employees and manage hours
  • Procure shop supplies, office supplies, and other materials as needed
  • Organize and support 6S activities to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Provide backup support to the Communication Center and Reception Area, including answering phones and greeting visitors
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday, with 100% in-person attendance required.
