Administrative Coordinator for Forensic Audit

Job Summary
The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support the Forensic Audit team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the audit process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Forensic Audit team, including preparing and maintaining records, reports, and other documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and other events as needed.
- Assist with data entry, data analysis, and other administrative tasks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a government or audit setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
