Job Summary

The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support the Forensic Audit team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the audit process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Forensic Audit team, including preparing and maintaining records, reports, and other documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and other events as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, data analysis, and other administrative tasks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a government or audit setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
