We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Audit Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various auditing tasks with precision, logic, and dedication. They will support field management and ensure accuracy in the sales auditing process, handling complex reconciliation issues. This position is well-suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
• Perform bank reconciliations across 800 retail stores.
• Review and clean up store deposit slips, ensuring entries match and are properly documented.
• Collaborate with field management to resolve discrepancies and incomplete information, especially when faced with unclear scenarios.
• Utilize Access databases and the company's mainframe system to review and reconcile deposits.
• Conduct research, verify data, and ask clarifying questions to ensure accuracy in all reconciliations.
• Manage inbox and respond to inquiries from the field, handling assigned tasks and providing necessary support.

Qualifications:
Candidates with 3+ years of experience in accounts payable and bank reconciliations are preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks accurately are essential. The ideal candidate will be able to think critically, investigate discrepancies, and ask clarifying questions. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with field management and internal teams.
