Job Title: CRM Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Platte River Law Firm LLC & Cowboy Country Criminal Defense. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts to new heights and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our solutions through a curated sales process.
  • Schedule and manage follow-up meetings and communications to nurture potential clients and close sales.
  • Successfully sign new cases, contributing to the growth of the company.
  • Maintain a detailed record of all interactions and follow-ups to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic CRM for accurate real-time reporting.

  • Professionalism: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales management or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
