Business Development Representative

Compensation PackageThe estimated salary for this position is $47,500 - $57,500 per year, with an additional bonus potential of up to $53,000, making the total first-year compensation approximately $100,000 - $110,000.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to target potential clients and expand our reach in the Tampa & Clearwater, FL area.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and grow partnerships to drive business growth.
- Present our staffing solutions to clients and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to match client needs and ensure successful placements.
- Proven success in sales or business development, preferably with experience in the staffing industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
