Abnormal Security is the world's fastest-growing cybersecurity company dedicated to making the cloud a safer place for business. As an Enterprise Account Growth Manager, you will spearhead relationships with approximately 20 Major Accounts and drive all transactions within those accounts. Your primary goal is to overachieve new annual recurring revenue quota by selling Abnormal security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell Abnormal security solutions to ~ 20 Major Accounts (F500/ Global 500) within your defined territory
  • Work Major Enterprise Accounts from initial conversations through signing a contract and up-selling once they're a customer
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities within Major Accounts to supply enough pipeline for them to hit sales targets

As a skilled sales professional, you will be responsible for leveraging the five pillars of demand generation: AE prospecting, SDR, Marketing, Channel, and Customer referrals. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales Engineering, Marketing, BDRs, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure successful sales processes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in closing new Major Account Logos, cross-selling/up-selling, and growing existing customer accounts. They will possess strong negotiation skills, technical competence, and a consistent over-quota performance record. A BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience is required.
