About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hospitality Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Kipsu. As a key player on our Enterprise Engagement team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitality brands, driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and revenue with hospitality brands
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality brand stakeholders
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to drive customer success
  • Lead presentations and demos of our solution to hospitality brands
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to hospitality brands
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and growth

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of success in hospitality or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the hospitality industry
