Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily clinical operations of the outpatient substance use treatment program.
  • Ensure the program runs smoothly and is in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, Joint Commission, state/federal laws).
  • Implement, monitor, and refine program policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, referral sources, and other community partners.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field (required). Clinical licensure (e.g., LICSW, RN, PRN, and LPC) strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with individuals with substance use disorders in a clinical setting. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of substance use disorders, evidence-based treatments, and co-occurring mental health conditions.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and clinical documentation.
  • Understanding of regulatory standards and accreditation processes.
