Job Description

We invite you to join our team as a Clinical Team Manager, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Clinical Operations: Oversee the clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies, ensuring compliance with ICH GCP and project-specific requirements.
  • Develop Clinical Tools: Create clinical tools, such as Monitoring Plans and Monitoring Guidelines, in conjunction with the Data Quality Plan.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the clinical team and other departments to meet project results, ensuring timely set up, organization, and quality of the Trial Master File.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Regularly communicate with study sites regarding issues such as protocol, patient participation, and case report form completion.
  • Manage Project Financials: Ensure timely regulatory submissions and review monitoring visit reports to assess performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification, with 5+ years of experience in clinical operations or a related field.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong leadership skills, effective at mentoring and training, and capable of motivating and integrating teams. Strong planning and organizational skills to enable effective prioritization of workload and workload of team members.
