Job Summary

The Clinical Nutrition Manager II is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all resident nutrition care activities while ensuring compliance with established standards. This role requires a strong understanding of nutrition care principles and the ability to develop and implement cost-effective, profit-generating nutrition programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nutrition care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Establish and maintain policies, standards, and programs to provide optimal, cost-effective nutrition care to residents.
  • Coordinate and direct all clinical activities, including determining and implementing appropriate staffing levels.
  • Develop and implement in-service education programs for Registered Dietitians, Dietetic Interns, and other nutrition personnel.
  • Engage in and encourage associates to participate in research and submit to professional publications and community lectures.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a clinical dietitian.
  • 3 or more years of clinical supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with coursework accredited or approved by the appropriate nutrition and dietetics agencies.
  • Advanced/Master's degree or other advanced certification preferred.
