Job Description

The Marketing Technology Coordinator position will report to the Senior Manager of Analytics & Marketing Technology within the E-commerce & Digital Marketing division. This role is essential in defining and enhancing operational excellence in Marketing Technology while promoting the adoption of standardized capabilities.

A successful candidate will utilize their expertise to manage the overall program of Use Case Processes and Marketing Technology Integration. It is crucial to ensure compliance with Legal and Privacy regulations across all Marketing Technology functionalities.

This position serves as a vital link between Marketing and IT, providing mentorship to non-technical team members who need assistance in navigating the increasingly complex landscape of Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology.

The ideal candidate must quickly grasp the objectives of our initiatives and their significance to the business. Collaboration will span various departments (IT, direct-to-consumer, marketing, brand), roles (media leaders, digital marketers, data scientists, solution architects), and technology ecosystems (CDP, DMP, DSP, Media Agencies, Publishers).

The candidate should be a highly motivated, organized self-starter capable of managing diverse tasks and adapting swiftly to evolving business needs and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clearly define business objectives and translate them into Marketing Technology goals and strategies.
  • Serve as the authority on our marketing technology stack, including both first-party and third-party audience capabilities.
  • Establish business processes for the newly formed team, defining the operating model, roles and responsibilities, and service level agreements with key partners. Manage both strategic and operational projects.
  • Develop insightful recommendations and lead the execution of initiatives efficiently and accurately.
  • Oversee change management initiatives, employing a structured approach to drive change across our operations. Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at the executive level.
  • Collaborate closely with IT Data and Technology teams to build, monitor, and execute annual and quarterly plans.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Technology management.
  • 2+ years of experience with Agile business processes.
  • Understanding of end-to-end digital consumer experience technologies (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, and Brand Partners.
  • Ability to influence others to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Experience in leading discussions and finding innovative technology solutions.
  • Proficient in communicating complex topics clearly, both in writing and verbally.
