Role Summary:

GSK Solutions is seeking a dedicated professional for an on-site technical support role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in assisting Windows desktop users within a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage customer IT inquiries utilizing helpdesk platforms.
  2. Serve as a communication bridge between the client and IT service providers to ensure exceptional IT support delivery.
  3. Engage directly with users to troubleshoot and resolve software and application challenges on various devices.
  4. Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing systems and processes.
  5. Diagnose and rectify hardware and software issues, improving service levels for field personnel.
  6. Install, maintain, and support the testing and upgrading of hardware and software solutions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and investigative abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and remote support applications.
  • Experience with help request tracking and reporting systems.
  • Familiarity with current IT trends and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Basic understanding of software deployment processes.
