Job Title: Field Technical Support Specialist - VRF Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Technical Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems. The successful candidate will provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for our VRF equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for VRF systems at customer locations.
  • Guide customers through diagnostics and repairs on VRF equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and provide recommendations.
  • Customer Service:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests.
  • Offer professional advice and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of VRF systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and satisfaction.
Technical Expertise:
  • Stay updated on the latest VRF technology, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Continuously improve technical knowledge through training and certifications.
  • Provide feedback to the engineering and product development teams based on field experiences.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of service visits, including diagnostics, repairs, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare and submit accurate service reports and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the development of technical manuals and support documentation.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team to support pre-sales activities, including system demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Collaborate with other technical support specialists to share knowledge and solve complex issues.
  • Assist in training new team members and providing mentorship as needed.
