GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you play a crucial role in the success of Sunglass Hut. You will deliver an engaging, authentic, and energetic experience to all customers while assisting them in selecting premium eyewear.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve sales targets and company goals by nurturing new and existing customer relationships and fostering brand loyalty.
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience by connecting with customers, paying attention to details, and offering a personalized shopping journey that leads to customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute positively to the store environment by building strong, professional relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Maintain the store's appearance by ensuring displays and inventory are clean, organized, and visually appealing. Safeguard all company assets under your control.
  • Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and coworkers with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Adaptability to new technologies and changes with a high degree of accuracy
  • Accountability for sales outcomes through effective selling techniques and a commitment to achieving goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment

Compensation is determined by various factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage standards. Additionally, you may be eligible for a competitive bonus and/or commission structure, complementing a comprehensive total rewards package.
