Job Summary:

Signature Retail Services is a leading merchandising sales and service organization, operating across the United States with a team of highly trained and experienced professionals.

We are seeking a Merchandising Team Lead to join our team, working up to 40 hours per week. This role is responsible for completing merchandising projects independently and in collaboration with new and current service representatives in various commercial settings, including retail stores, pharmacies, warehouses, and big-box home improvement stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with retail merchandisers, clients, and customers to achieve and exceed client-set goals.
  • 2-3 years of experience working as a Brand Representative and/or Merchandiser, with manufacturer sales and/or merchandising experience in the home center industry being a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with all aspects of merchandising and resets.
  • Ability to teach, train, and provide support for new hires.
  • Experience using web-based reporting systems to submit reports and photos while in stores.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
  • A valid driver's license, current personal car insurance, and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
  • A smartphone (Apple or Android) with internet access and the ability to send and receive texts and emails.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

  • Must be physically able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, stoop, and use rolling staircase ladders.
  • Must be able to push, pull, lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work in business locations without assistance from others.
