Job Overview:

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) are integral members of our Retail Team, embodying the T-Mobile brand. They serve as brand ambassadors, generating enthusiasm and excitement around our products and services. Key Responsibilities:

As a Retail Sales Representative, you will:
  • Assist customers in their shopping journey, whether they are online, through customer care, or in-store.
  • Identify individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
  • Engage in side-by-side selling to offer personalized solutions that keep customers connected.
  • Approach service and sales with integrity and compassion.
  • Utilize digital tools to enhance customer interactions and onboarding.
  • Complete training on T-Mobile’s in-store experience and product knowledge.
  • Manage cash handling and store operations as required.

Collaboration:

Establish strong relationships with T-Mobile employees across various channels to:
  • Collectively enhance the customer experience and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identify and refer small business leads.
  • Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.

Qualifications:
  • A passionate advocate for customer service with a genuine desire to connect.
  • A competitive spirit with a proven track record in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • A willingness to collaborate with peers and leaders while serving customers.
  • Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or sales, preferably in retail.
