Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Store Associate to join our team at Savers / Value Village. As a Retail Store Associate, you will be responsible for creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and other team members.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store fixtures.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store culture.
