Job Responsibilities and Qualifications

In the role of Quality Assurance and Improvement Specialist, you will be tasked with ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for our staff. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the collection, analysis, and presentation of quality data.
  • Distributing Service Quality Index scores.
  • Facilitating a collaborative approach to process improvement and problem-solving.
  • Managing safety training programs.
  • Reviewing and reporting variances.
  • Preparing and presenting findings related to quality initiatives.
  • Developing and managing peer review processes.
  • Tracking patient satisfaction survey feedback.
  • Ensuring compliance with OSHA, CMS, AAAHC, and federal quality improvement standards.
  • Coordinating state and federal inspections and accreditation surveys.

Qualifications:

  • Nursing Diploma.
  • Current CPR or BLS certification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in ambulatory care, risk management, or quality improvement.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience.
