Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shipping and Receiving: Accurately receive, ship, and label product, pick up product from inventoried locations, and pack orders efficiently and accurately for delivery to venues and/or other warehouses.
  • Quality Control: Perform basic quality control procedures, presentation of equipment, and inventory control.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Prepare and process shipments to ship small parcel, LTL, and via internal fleet.
  • Safety: Perform daily checklists on forklifts and other equipment within the warehouse and participate in safety team initiatives.
  • Warehouse Housekeeping: Clean and maintain a safe work area and maintain equipment as necessary.
  • Customer Service: Ensure the highest standards of service while maintaining operation efficiency and a cohesive relationship with other departments.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma/GED
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years' experience in a warehouse environment
  • Skills: Ability to lift over 50 lbs independently, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, strong communication skills, organizational skills, and basic computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience: Experience using an RF-based WMS system and experience operating industrial forklift equipment.
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Operations Specialist will work in a warehouse environment with exposure to outdoor temperatures and to dirt, sand, and/or dust. The working conditions will vary between moderately quiet to noisy volumes. Team members may use high-end audio visual equipment and electrical components. Working times may include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
