Job Title: Account Executive - Sales Growth

We are seeking a results-oriented and driven sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive - Sales Growth. This role is responsible for developing a sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships across the Houston area.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities.
  • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel.
  • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves.
  • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles.
  • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills.
  • Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma required.
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines.
  • 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience.
