Position Summary:
The NBCU Ad Sales Strategy team plays a crucial role in identifying growth opportunities for Peacock and the broader sales organization. As strategic consultants, this team supports various initiatives, including long-term planning, market analysis, and business case development.

Role Responsibilities:
The Manager of Streaming Ad Innovation Strategy will collaborate with business leaders across multiple departments. We seek a proactive individual with innovative thinking and strong analytical skills to enhance our business operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Business Case Development:
    Conduct thorough analyses for new and enhanced product offerings aimed at driving revenue and attracting new clients.
  • Financial Analysis:
    Evaluate revenue opportunities for new client offerings and assess the performance of ad innovations on Peacock.
  • Collaboration:
    Work with various stakeholders to align product strategies and ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Market Insights:
    Gather insights to inform long-term growth strategies and track competitive ad innovations.

Roadmap Management:
Prioritize new ad innovations using the NBCU Ad Innovation Framework and gather feedback from sales and clients to inform the product roadmap.

Performance Analysis:
Analyze current ad innovation revenue trends and define key performance indicators to optimize products and processes.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in media, consulting, or corporate strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
