Client Service Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Specialist I to provide exceptional support to our commercial clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate resolutions to client inquiries, ensuring a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide client support for onboarding and servicing requests, including assistance with bank products and technical support.
- Formulate responses or implement actions under supervision to resolve client inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal partners to escalate complex issues and provide solutions.
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in Banking/Financial Services, Customer Service, or Operations Support.
- High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services, Customer Service, or Operations Support.
