Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Intake and Scheduling: Coordinate client appointments, verify insurance eligibility, and obtain necessary authorizations.
  • Client Data Management: Input client information, update records, and maintain accurate and confidential files.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with clinical staff, referral sources, and case managers to ensure effective coordination and follow-through.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including scanning, importing, and processing client documents.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent accredited GED.
  • Experience: Previous work experience in a position requiring significant public contact, preferably in a medical office, with computer use, office organization skills, and ability to type 45 wpm.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual Spanish-English preferred.
  • Attendance: Exceptional attendance is mandatory in this position, as continuous front desk and phone coverage is critical to daily operations.
