Responsibilities:- Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Intake and Scheduling: Coordinate client appointments, verify insurance eligibility, and obtain necessary authorizations.
- Client Data Management: Input client information, update records, and maintain accurate and confidential files.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with clinical staff, referral sources, and case managers to ensure effective coordination and follow-through.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including scanning, importing, and processing client documents.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent accredited GED.
- Experience: Previous work experience in a position requiring significant public contact, preferably in a medical office, with computer use, office organization skills, and ability to type 45 wpm.
- Language Skills: Bilingual Spanish-English preferred.
- Attendance: Exceptional attendance is mandatory in this position, as continuous front desk and phone coverage is critical to daily operations.
