Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Specialist I to join our team at First Citizens Bank. This hybrid role will require regular work inside and outside of our office, and we are looking for candidates who live within a commutable drivable distance to our Phoenix, AZ, Raleigh, NC, or Cottonwood Heights, UT office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Operations: Provide exceptional client support for onboarding and servicing requests received through various channels, including general or routine bank requests or actions. Formulate responses or implement actions under supervision, which may result in the inquiry being resolved during initial contact or may perform additional research, problem solving, or escalation to other internal partners.
  • Collaboration: Participate in meetings, trainings, and other duties or special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in banking/financial services, customer service, or operations support, or a High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in banking/financial services, customer service, or operations support. Preferred qualifications include inbound call center experience, experience supporting commercial banking customers, and strong written and oral communication skills.
