Retail Sales Lead Job Description

As a Retail Sales Lead at Kellanova, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and transformation in our Parsippany, NJ territory. You will be responsible for uncovering incremental selling opportunities, collaborating with retail partners and account teams, and growing your territory through data-driven sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive growth and transformation in your territory
  • Collaborate with retail partners and account teams to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
  • Utilize business intelligence data and analytical tools to inform sales strategies and drive results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Drive results through key metrics such as POS budget, call coverage, and maintaining a "perfect shelf" strategy
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fundamental technology skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated self-reliance and ability to manage projects from inception to completion
  • Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and early mornings
