Enterprise Business Development Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our Consulting team at Monday. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for consulting with and qualifying outbound prospects to generate pipeline for our Enterprise Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect via phone, email, and social strategies to identify new business opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' pain points and needs to sell with value
- Drive sales growth and create new business pipeline for designated Account Managers
- Lead creative initiatives to optimize and improve team performance
- Test new strategies, audiences, and channels to generate Enterprise opportunities
- Stay up-to-date in the SaaS landscape and demonstrate our platform value
- 6+ months in a Sales or Business Development Representative role and/or 6+ months in sales
- SaaS experience - Advantage
- Enterprise Experience - Advantage
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter, goal-orientated, and customer-centric
