Job Summary:The Senior Sales Manager will oversee strategic account responsibility for high volume brands/countries and drive results. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective relationship-building, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales plans to meet financial targets and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and partners to identify opportunities for growth
- Identify and deliver new business opportunities with new and existing distributors/partners
- Partner with the International Planning Team to strategize and execute seasonal plans
- Track monthly progress with the finance team for each assigned international partner/territory
- Align brand consumer and customer strategies to achieve sales goals and profitable targets
- Monitor market trends and opportunities to stay ahead of the competition
- Recruit, train, and develop top talent to drive sales
- Supervise staff and provide direction to drive sales
- Visit local markets as needed with distributors
- Special projects as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field
- 5+ years' experience in Sales or Merchandising in the wholesale fashion industry managing high volume accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (knowledge of AS400 a plus)
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 30%)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail
$75,000 - $125,000 yearly
