The Opportunity

As our Senior Sales Director, you will be responsible for researching target partners, developing strong hotel partner relationships, educating prospective hotel partners on our unique benefits, and negotiating with partners to achieve exclusive rates and benefits for our members.

Your Responsibilities

  • Research target partners in key locations and understand their unique selling points
  • Develop and sustain strong hotel partner relationships
  • Educate prospective hotel partners on our unique benefits
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Negotiate with partners to achieve exclusive rates and benefits for our members
  • Represent the company in the region and build our profile with key influencers
  • Drive results for partner properties by working across departments

Who We Want

We are looking for someone who is switched on, takes initiative, is passionate about startups and the travel industry, hungry and resilient, obsessed with getting results, capable of managing a pipeline and closing deals, adept at handling challenging negotiations, and flexible to travel as needed (up to 50% of the time).
