Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a strategic partner to internal stakeholders in defining key business questions that align to brand objectives.
  • Develop measurement approach to analyze and optimize media performance.
  • Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop data collection and reporting frameworks.
  • Design and implement MMM strategies to measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing spend across traditional and digital channels.
  • Drive adoption of MTA frameworks to accurately attribute marketing outcomes to different touchpoints in the customer journey.
  • Develop test and learn strategies across channels and socialize results within the organization.
  • Oversee the analysis of digital marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights to enhance customer engagement, optimize conversion rates, and improve overall digital performance.
  • Partner closely with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of analytics into overall business strategies.
Requirements:
  • 8 or more years working experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative field such as Business, Marketing, Statistics or Economics preferred.
  • Experience with media and digital data sources is required.
  • Proven history of working and delivering on multiple projects simultaneously, with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry is desirable, as is a solid understanding of principles relating to the area of functional specialization.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $191,000 to $247,000.
  • A discretionary annual bonus and discretionary stock-based long-term incentives.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
