Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Specialist to join our team at MAI Wealth Management, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client service, financial analysis, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service and support to high net worth individuals and their families.
  • Manage client accounts, including onboarding, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with Wealth Advisors to ensure complex billing specifications are set up for client accounts.
  • Prepare and process client wire transfers, and generate client correspondence to assist with account setup and client needs.
  • Process and submit quarterly and ad-hoc reporting to clients via their preferred method.
  • Maintain and update CRM lists for various mailings and contact pieces.
  • Work with Operations to set up client accounts or make needed changes to keep accounts in good order.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of client service experience in the financial industry, including brokerage and/or banking.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with high net worth individuals with complex account structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to on-board and train new Client Service team members.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, Adobe, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong financial analytical skills and knowledge of account structures and investments.
  • CRM experience.

  • Strong industry business acumen and can demonstrate effectively working with clients.
  • Tax, Banking, and Investment knowledge, including account structures.
  • Motivated to learn about all areas of the division and firm as part of a growing and fast-paced team.
  • Experience working on interdepartmental teams.
  • Professional demeanor, superb work ethic, high level of personal ethics and integrity.
