DESCRIPCIÓN DEL TRABAJO

Objetivo/Sumario:
El Supervisor de Banca Personal es responsable de la supervisión de los cajeros y banqueros personales en la sucursal asignada. Este puesto implica la apertura y gestión de nuevas cuentas de depósito, así como la provisión de información sobre productos y servicios bancarios.

El Supervisor de Banca Personal se encarga de todos los aspectos de la operación de la sucursal individual, cumpliendo con las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa, y satisfaciendo las necesidades de los clientes mediante un servicio personalizado de calidad.


Funciones Esenciales:

  • Recibir a los clientes y evaluar sus necesidades.
  • Procesar transacciones de clientes con profesionalismo y cortesía.
  • Reunirse con los clientes para determinar sus necesidades bancarias adecuadas.
  • Abrir y cerrar diversas cuentas de clientes según sus requerimientos.
  • Manejar quejas de clientes y resolver estos problemas sensibles.
  • Realizar la entrada de datos para cumplir con los requisitos de informes, incluyendo informes de IRA al final del año.
  • Conocer la identidad del cliente para reducir el fraude y el riesgo de pérdida para el Banco.
  • Iniciar préstamos al consumidor.
  • Mantener una comisión de notario válida.
  • Gestionar cuentas de empleados.
  • Mantener estrictas pautas de confidencialidad de acuerdo con la política del Banco.
  • Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos definidos por la Dirección.
  • Promover productos y servicios.
  • Asistir con las llamadas telefónicas de los clientes de manera oportuna y cortés.
  • Mantener una relación laboral positiva con clientes y compañeros de trabajo.
  • Cumplir con los estándares de vestimenta y apariencia de la empresa.
  • Mantener los estándares de asistencia de la empresa.
  • Otras tareas según se asignen.

EDUCACIÓN, EXPERIENCIA Y REQUISITOS:

  • Graduación de secundaria o equivalente G.E.D. Se prefiere título universitario.
  • 6 años de experiencia en banca personal.
  • Verificación de crédito y antecedentes penales satisfactoria.

  • Se requieren habilidades visuales específicas, incluyendo visión cercana, visión a distancia, percepción del color, visión periférica, percepción de profundidad y capacidad para ajustar el enfoque.
