Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze customer data to identify sales opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Sherwin-Williams' products and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, including regular communication and follow-up
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; sales experience a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
