Automotive Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including identifying their needs and providing solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on our products and services
- Utilize our Customer Retention Management System (CRM) to log customer interactions and track sales progress
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; sales experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
- Sales experience in coatings, automotive, or a related field
- Outside sales experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience utilizing a CRM system to log customer interactions and track sales progress
