Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Parts Sales Representative to join our team at Palmer Trucks. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales within assigned territories, building strong relationships with customers, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve unit goals and gross profit targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including garages, jobbers, fleet owners, and leasing companies.
  • Promote the sales of parts and accessories, providing expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Establish and maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, market conditions, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or heavy equipment industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in database software, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
