About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in finance and accounting, with experience in configuring Workday modules and integrating third-party applications. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to lead across departments to ensure accurate time tracking and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Workday Management: Collaborate with Payroll, HR, HRIS, Accounting, and Finance teams to understand business needs and manage Workday implementations.
  • System Testing and Enhancement: Lead system testing for upgrades, patches, and new Workday releases, conduct regression testing, and implement improvements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • User Training and Reporting: Train internal team members and end-users on new processes and functionalities, develop and communicate changes and benefits to users, and create, edit, and prepare reports and dashboards in collaboration with Accounting, Payroll, and HR teams.
