About the Role:

As a Home Health Sales Executive at CenterWell Home Health, you will play a critical role in promoting our homecare services to healthcare professionals and organizations within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare providers to promote our homecare services.
  • Build and prioritize account lists based on market sales plans and gather information on key customer opportunities.
  • Prepare business plans and provide input on service line extensions, proposal pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Represent the company's service capabilities to targeted referral sources and provide excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous healthcare sales experience, preferably in skilled nursing facilities, DME, orthopedic, cardiovascular, infusion, imaging, or laboratory settings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, etc.).
  • Excellent selling, organization, problem-solving skills, and ability to represent the company's service capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
