**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our Goldsboro store. As a Sales Representative, you will represent the Company for the sale of machinery to customers within your local geographic sales area.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Stay current on product knowledge, features, and benefits of all equipment sold by Quality Equipment, including riding lawn mowers, commercial mowing equipment, utility vehicles, utility tractors, row-crop tractors, agricultural implements, and Compact Construction Equipment.

• Prospect for new customers in your local geographic area, targeting different customer segments, such as commercial mowing, governmental, and agricultural.

• Maintain Company assets and equipment, including vehicles, phones, and computers, in good condition.

• Complete all documents related to sales transactions accurately and in a timely manner, including complete goods tickets, purchase orders, retail notes, customer down payments, and more.

• Evaluate used equipment values and trade-in purposes.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and service.

• Work closely with the store sales team and supervisor to manage the work schedule and maintain full store coverage.

• Understand, support, and promote products and services from all departments of Quality Equipment, including parts, service, and IS.

• Develop a deep understanding of key customer accounts, their business needs, challenges, and goals, and work to develop solutions through unique combinations of Quality Equipment products and support.

**Requirements**

• Good computer skills.

• Agricultural background preferred.

• Ability to squat, bend, climb, lift, reach, twist, stand, and sit.

• Visual acuity for working with PCs, online content, manuals, and close detailed work.

• Work Environment: Exposure to extreme weather, fumes, airborne particles, and moving parts.

• Dexterity: Ability to grasp and manipulate tools, equipment, and machines.
