Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Courtyard Dulles Town Center. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing outstanding service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity and assigning rooms.
  • Secure payment prior to issuing room keys and verify/adjust billing.
  • Compile and review daily reports/logs/contingency lists and complete cashier and closing reports.
  • Supply guests with directions and property information and accommodate guest requests.
  • Process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges and balance and drop receipts.
  • Count and secure bank at beginning and end of shift and obtain manual authorizations.
  • Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft and assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of related work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and a strong understanding of accounting procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
