Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Credential Staff member for our Escape 2024 event. As a key member of our credential operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of credential operations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our staff and attendees.

Insomniac is a leading producer of innovative and immersive music festivals and events. With a focus on delivering exceptional experiences for our attendees, we are committed to creating a unique and memorable experience for our fans. Our events feature state-of-the-art lighting, pyrotechnics, and sound design, as well as large-scale art installations, theatrical performers, and next-generation special effects.

The Role:

As a Credential Staff member, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for staff check-in
  • Verifying government-issued IDs to ensure proper identification of all personnel entering the site
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Proactively seeking out errors in credential uploads and resolving them before staff arrival
  • Acting as a key-holder for the credential office, ensuring safety and security
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensuring materials are inventoried and transported back to the warehouse

Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationBasic computer skills and familiarity with credential operations software
