POSITION OVERVIEW
Insomniac Holdings, LLC is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Production Support Specialist to assist the Back of House Department. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations during events and reports directly to the Back of House Manager. Please note that this position requires on-site presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate transportation for team members throughout event days, including pickups and drop-offs at various locations using personal or company vehicles.
- Execute errands such as arranging meals for the department, handling laundry, grocery shopping, package deliveries, and coffee runs.
- Organize substantial take-out orders from local eateries, ensuring timely purchase, collection, and distribution to staff.
- Manage extensive shopping lists from nearby grocery stores and deliver items to the event venue.
- Support production personnel with various production-related tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate cash handling and receipts for expense tracking and reimbursement.
- Provide local area insights and information to touring staff.
- Pick up and return company-rented passenger and cargo vans as required.
- Perform light administrative tasks such as copying documents, posting notices, and cash reconciliation.
- Uphold confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
- Undertake various special projects and tasks as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and full insurance coverage.
- Demonstrate safe driving practices.
- Have an operational mobile phone.
- Exhibit a friendly demeanor and the ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently.
- Show punctuality, reliability, responsibility, professionalism, and courtesy.
- Capable of working extended hours (event days can range from 10 to 18 hours).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Must be able to withstand high noise levels and bustling environments.
- May be required to work in extreme temperature conditions.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
All applicants must have work authorization in the U.S. that does not require employer sponsorship for a visa.
