POSITION OVERVIEW

Insomniac Holdings, LLC is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and diligent Production Runner to assist in the operations of our Back of House Department. This role is essential in ensuring smooth logistical support during event days and reports directly to the Back of House Manager. Please note that this position requires on-site presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate transportation for various team members throughout the event day, including pickups and drop-offs at hotels and airports, utilizing either a personal vehicle or a company vehicle.
  • Execute errands such as securing meals for the department, handling laundry, grocery shopping, delivering packages, and coffee runs.
  • Organize large take-out orders from local eateries, ensuring timely purchase, collection, and distribution to the touring team.
  • Manage extensive shopping lists from nearby grocery stores and deliver items to the venue.
  • Assist production personnel with a variety of production-related tasks.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and receipts for expense reimbursement and reconciliation.
  • Provide local area insights and information to touring staff.
  • Pick up and return company-rented passenger and cargo vans.
  • Perform light administrative tasks, including copying documents, posting notices, and cash reconciliation.
  • Uphold confidentiality as a critical aspect of the role.
  • Engage in various special projects and tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and adequate insurance.
  • Demonstrate safe driving practices.
  • Have an operational mobile phone.
  • Exhibit a friendly demeanor and ability to collaborate effectively with others while also being capable of working independently.
  • Be punctual, dependable, responsible, professional, and courteous.
  • Ability to endure long working hours, with typical event days ranging from 10 to 18 hours.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Must be able to withstand high noise levels and busy settings.
  • May be required to work in extreme temperature conditions.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary to fulfill responsibilities.

Candidates seeking employment in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not require employer sponsorship for a visa.
