Job Summary:
Are you a dance music enthusiast with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments? We're seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our VIP Activations team as a Seasonal VIP Squad Member.

About Us:
Insomniac is a leading producer of innovative music festivals and events, renowned for its immersive experiences and world-class production. Our events captivate audiences with state-of-the-art lighting, pyrotechnics, and sound design, as well as large-scale art installations and theatrical performers.

The Role:
As a Seasonal VIP Squad Member, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our Headliners, ensuring they feel valued and entertained throughout the festival. This will involve communicating enthusiastically and informatively about our VIP activations and offerings, as well as providing general festival information and assisting with the setup and maintenance of the VIP area.

Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with Headliners about VIP activations and offerings
• Provide general festival information, including hours of operation, stage names, and major performing artists
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of the VIP area
• Be proactive and creative in problem-solving and adapting to changing situations

Qualifications:
• Large-scale event experience, with a minimum of 5,000 attendees
• Proactive and creative thinker, with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work long hours, weekends, and travel as needed
• Personable, enthusiastic, and able to work well in group environments

Work Environment:
• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments
• May work in drastic temperature climates
• Must be willing to frequently travel to work events during holidays, evening, and weekend hours, as required
