POSITION SUMMARY
Insomniac Holdings, LLC is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Production Runner to assist with the operations of our Back of House Department. This role is essential for ensuring smooth event execution and reports directly to the Back of House Manager. Please note that this position requires on-site presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate transportation for various team members during event days, including pickups and drop-offs at hotels and airports, utilizing either a personal vehicle or a company-assigned car.
- Execute errands such as procuring meals for the department, handling laundry, grocery shopping, delivering packages, and running coffee errands.
- Organize large take-out orders from local eateries, managing the purchase, collection, and distribution to event personnel.
- Coordinate extensive shopping lists from nearby grocery stores and ensure timely delivery to the venue.
- Support production staff with a variety of general production tasks.
- Maintain financial records, including cash and receipts, for expense reporting and reconciliation.
- Provide local area insights and information to touring staff.
- Manage the pickup and drop-off of company-rented 15-passenger and cargo vans.
- Perform light administrative tasks such as making copies, posting notices, and cash reconciliation.
- Uphold confidentiality as a critical aspect of the role.
- Engage in various special projects and tasks as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and full insurance coverage.
- Demonstrate safe driving practices.
- Have an operational mobile phone.
- Exhibit a friendly demeanor and the ability to collaborate effectively with others while also being capable of independent work.
- Be punctual, dependable, responsible, professional, and courteous.
- Ability to endure long working hours, as event days can range from 10 to 18 hours.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Must be able to withstand high noise levels and bustling environments.
- May be required to work in extreme temperature conditions.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
Candidates seeking employment in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not necessitate employer sponsorship for a visa.
